There’s a saying among the audio enthusiast crowd that you can’t get great active noise cancellation without sacrificing sound quality. And for the most part, I agree with the sentiment. We all hope the technology will improve but as it stands today it’s one or the other. The Focal Bathys over-ear active noise cancelling headphones are no exception to this rule.
It’s been a year since my set was delivered to my home and it’s been one wild year using them. I have quite a bit to say about its quirks and features so without further ado, here’s my long-term review of the Focal Bathys headphones.
