React & Review: Lucy Dacus - Forever Is A Feeling

Making up for Lost Time.

Here we are... again, with an artist I’ve never heard of. But thanks to various requests through social media and the excitement I’ve seen around the album when it first came out, I figured it was time to give her a listen.

When I say I’ve never heard a single track from her, it’s the truth. I have no idea what to expect, let alone what genre she might be. I am jumping into this completely blind.

So without further ado, here are my first reactions and full review of Lucy Dacus’ Forever Is A Feeling.

Calliope Prelude

I don’t think I’ve reviewed an album on my blog before that has an album opener track, but just know that I’m a sucker for them. I love it when an artist spends the time and really sets the mood.
